How do I know that the sensor readings are accurate?
- Sensors are calibrated and tested at the factory. After two years of service, we remove them from the field, eliminating the need for recalibration for accuracy. The devices are not scientific instruments but are accurate enough to perform their specific roles.
Why is my differential pressure sensor reading a different number than my digital manometer?
- There could be several reasons, including the location of pressure hoses, crimped or damaged pressure hoses, ambient pressure changes, manometer calibration, and rounding variances in the manufacturer software.
What do I do if my differential pressure sensor reading a different number than my digital manometer?
- On the INCUE sensor, ensure that your sensors are installed correctly, check your pressure hoses for crimps or damage, check the pressure tube access hole, ensure that there are no gaps within your ICRA, and ensure that batteries are installed correctly. If everything has been checked, reach out to your CSM.

How do I make an alert go away?
- To make your alert “go away”, you must categorize your alert, discover the cause of issue, and describe the resolution. Once all three items have been filled out, press the Resolve button. If you do not have a resolution, you can put the alert into a “Pending” state. You can return to the alert and resolve it by adding context and clicking the Update button, then returning later to enter a final resolution and clicking the Resolve button.
What do I do if I don’t know why an alert happened?
- When an alert occurs, there is always a cause. Best practice involves investigating all possibilities until an answer is found to the cause. Documentation must be added, even if it is to put an alert into a “Pending” state until it is resolved later. This acknowledgment of the alert helps communicate to others that the alert is in the process of resolution.

How long do the batteries in the Air Quality sensor last?
- 1 month.
Why do the batteries in the Air Quality sensor last one month?
- Unlike the other sensors, the Air Quality sensor has a mechanical fan that must activate for every air sampling and stay on for the duration of the air sampling. This causes a significant drain on the batteries.
How long do the batteries in the Differential Pressure sensor last?
- 1 year.
How long do the batteries in the Temperature & Humidity sensor last?
