- Before removing sensors from your phase, make sure that your completion tasks have been completed, and you have “Sign Off” from your Infection Prevention Director.
- Once you have received “Sign Off”, remove your sensors from your completed phase.
- Click the three dots icon on your sensor
- Click Remove Sensor
- Now that you have your sensors removed from your completed phase, remove the sensors from your ICRA Barriers.
- Remove the batteries from your sensors
- Once your new phase ICRA walls have been installed, make sure that your new project phase has been completed

- Once these checklists have been completed, you can now Add Sensors to your new phase.
- Place new batteries in your sensors.
- Click the “Add Sensor to phase icon”
- Add necessary sensors to your phase.
- If you need new command strips, remove existing command strip and replace with new.
- Now you are ready to place your sensors on your new phase.
