Gateway Setup Instructions

When starting an INCUE Project, your Gateway will be a key factor is making sure that your sensors are reporting data to the app you have on your phone, tablet, or desktop.

Gateway setups include a power source for your gateway to plug into. Then switching the power button to on will turn on your Gateway. Give a few minutes time to let the Gateway’s LED lights cycle through. To confirm that your Gateway is on and reporting properly, the three LED lights should read: Green, Red, Green.

  • If your gateway is a cellular gateway, your setup has been completed.
  • If your gateway is a LAN gateway, you will need to plug your ethernet cable into the gateway and plug the other end of the ethernet cable into a designated port.
